I was glad to find Podpage initially because I really appreciate how much work it automates for me, allowing pages to be automatically generated and providing a good structure for categorizing episodes, featuring guests, linking to our videos, and hosting transcripts. But what makes me very happy to stick with Podpage is how responsive they've been when I've had questions or concerns. I'm used to just having those sorts of things dismissed or directed to an FAQ that doesn't really help, but with Podpage, I get real responses. As a hobbyist podcaster, I greatly appreciate how Podpage takes me seriously as a user and gives that sort of personal care.

I'm very familiar with other website builders. I've started and managed sites with most of the big platforms: Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Substack, and more. I was expecting Podpage to be equally difficult to configure and deploy, but was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity. I'm not a 'computer person,' when searching for a site to host our Taiwan History podcast, Formosa Files, I was very glad to discover Podpage because using it is straightforward. What's more, when I email them for support, they almost always get back to me promptly. I love the fact that I can change my show notes or title and then hit the resync button, and everything updates. It saves a boatload of time. Podpage is simple and very easy to use, and it has a lot of features.

I admit, it was a bit of a challenge at first to get my page set up and move my podcast workflow from my old Weebly site ... But WOW! What a difference!
